How do I book a transfer?

You can easily book online. Simply fill in all the necessary information and you will receive a confirmation email. You are not required to prepay or enter credit card details to make your reservation. For different routes and special queries, you need to send us an email. You can also make bookings at any convenient time.

I did not receive a confirmation email. What can I do?

This is usually due to the fact that your email account considers our message as a spam, so check the spam folder to see if it is there. If it is not, check if you have given us your correct email address when you made your reservation. If the email is correct, please contact us again and we will gladly send the confirmation email.

How are children being charged?

Children are charged as adults. We provide free child seats. To be fully prepared for this, please leave a note on the reservation form telling us how many child seats you will need.

When should I make the payment?

Option 1: You can pay in advance for the service in full, as our driver will be informed about this. Please select the "prepayment of the full amount" option in the booking form.

Option 2: You can pay in advance 50% of the amount due, the rest can be paid in cash or by credit card. In this case, select the "Prepayment of 50% of the amount due" in the booking form.

Option 3: You can pay the full amount directly to the driver, either in cash or by card.

What if I have extra large luggage?

We offer free space for 1 suitcase and 1 hand luggage per person. If you need extra space for your luggage, it is possible additional charges to be applied - we will notify you about that after receiving your reservation.

I have to change / cancel the reservation - what should I do?

If you need to change or cancel a reservation or change your details, send us an email or call us.
