The Eurovision Song Contest 2027 is at Arena Burgas. The semi-finals are on Tuesday 11 and Thursday 13 May, and the Grand Final on Saturday 15 May 2027. Burgas is 385 km from Sofia Airport, roughly four and a quarter hours by road.
The contest is not three evenings, though. Delegations and crews arrive from the beginning of May for rehearsals, fans follow them, and the fan events around the city run from the beginning of May. So we drive from 20 April to 20 May 2027 — from the first arrivals to the last departures on the Monday after.
For that period we run a shared minibus priced per seat. You book the number of seats you need — one, two, or the whole back row — and travel with other people heading the same way. That sharing is exactly why the price is per person rather than for the vehicle.
Departures run at set times, chosen around the busiest arrival banks at Sofia Airport, with about 45 minutes of tolerance either side. If your flight is late, your seat is still yours — we wait.
A departure needs six seats sold to run. If yours does not fill, we will call you before the day and offer another time, a private transfer at the usual vehicle price, or your money back. You will not find out at the airport.
We also drop off at the coastal hotels around Burgas — Sunny Beach, Nessebar, Pomorie, Sozopol — for the same price per seat. Give us the address when you book and the run calls at them in order of distance.
